I like this small little Swedish apartment. Shows you how much style you can get out of small space. A third floor open floor plan space with high ceilings in a builiding built in 1904. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in 500 square feet was recently sold on Stadshem for around $315KUSD.
Very cute and fresh. Only room for one sofa but it is so nicely styled with small round coffee tables in white, and with the brass bar cart and accessories. Love the chunky gray throw for cold nights. And then there is the kitchen with its square tile backsplash with contrasting black grout, open shelves and an island bar that serves as the apartments dining room!
Love all of the exposed bulb hanging light fixtures too. A great starter apartment or a wonderful pied-a-terre. Small can be quite grand!

P.S. Just a week before Christmas Eve and so much to do…will be doing lots of last minute shopping over the next few days. I also am making dinner for my family on Christmas Eve so I have lots to do. Will share some ideas with you later this week.
