Since we’ve received some beautiful black pendant lights with a copper finish inside, let me share with you my favourite looks with black pendant lights as a sequel to my post: Decorating with copper and brass touches
The Beat pendant lights by Tom Dixon always look amazing, especially if you mix and match the shades. If you are working with a smaller budget, you can achieve a similar look with these stylish black pendant lights in bone china. I mixed the white shades above our kitchen counter in our home in France and I have the cluster version in our bedroom in London. The Na2 table by Norm Architects for & Tradition looks very similar to the one above.
In the kitchen, a row of pendant lights always look very striking above the kitchen counter. Sadly we couldn’t have any in our kitchen because of the low ceiling but instead we created a wow factor with a Corian worktop and resin floor.
I love how these black pendant lights stand out in this black & white kitchen. The “Last minute” stools are by Patricia Urquiola but the Masters bar chairs by Philippe Starck are also a great alternative. Alternatively you can use a large pendant light like the Z1 pendant light or this black cluster to create a visual statement, and this works well if you have a large dining table.
