my trip to barcelona earlier this year was one of the highlights of my summer (thus far!) and i fell in love with the beautiful spanish city. the architecture was stunning (all that wonderful gaudí) and so well-kept. i was surprised by the good condition of the buildings and always wanted more of a glimpse inside them. so with this lovely tour of anna alfaro’s home featured on apartment therapy it’s fun to do just that and satisfy the inner design voyeur in me. anna’s is such a pretty apartment with it’s exposed beamed high ceilings and doors — i love a good tall double-door, don’t you? they just don’t make them like this anymore. it’s not a big apartment, but anna has renovated and created such a lovely light-filled open space, it feels much larger. for the full tour photographed by sandra rojo, visit apartment therapy.
